Dropping a human out of your vagina doesn't entitle a sperm donor to anything.
Go live with your "feoncee" in his country of origin.
That's as kind of an answer I can give this morning.

Your aiding an illegal and we are suppose to be kind. Marriage or popping out a child will not give an illegal legal status. Be prepared for when he is caught and deported as it will happen. Too many marry these criminals and then whine when the laws are enforced. If illegal how is he working except by committing more criminal acts. Get a job and support your child because any day he may be caught.

Nope. Any legal status he hopes to get starts by returning to his home country. He will be subject to a 10 year ban on returning. Marriage and a child does not change his situation.
Better find a job because if you want to petition to bring him back you are going to have to show that you can support him.

no ....
An illegal cannot adjust status in the US
Marriage and babies will not help either ..that is a myth
To become legal you have to return home
