Walmart exchange help please?
My mom and aunt bought me a computer on my moms email using my aunts walmart card. They got a warranty for 1 year it end the February that's coming up. It hot a virus and messed up my pc. Can I exchqnge my pc for another pc? It's been a few months since they bought it so yea and the warranty didn't come in the box when it got shipped to my house

no, warranties do not cover software problems, only hardware problems, you will need to download a good antivirus and antimalware programs and scan for viruses. at worst you may have to reinstall windows

It depends how many times did you have the computer replant I don't what walmart policy is of switching computers if their cannot get it fixed their will probably replace it good luck
