I want to get in shape, what should i start doing?

I'm 15, five five and 210ish pounds, I'm tired of feeling fat and being afraid of talking to people because i fear that they'll judge me on how I look. My target weight is around 175ish or better, i want to get to get there before June ish if possible. But, I don't know where i should start out at, I need to know where I should start. I'm looking at loosing fat, not building muscle as much. The food I eat isn't completely in my control, though my mom does cook healthy food generally. I can use my brother's dumbbells, that each go up to 50lbs, I'm not sure where to start; I play Frisbee golf twice a week, but thats about it. What exercises can I do to help myself get towards my goal, and how many should i do a day?

    I would look up the Insanity workout. It starts working within a few days, which is as fast as any workout gets. It worked for me. And if you don't want muscle, you're out of your mind. Eat 3 meals a day with healthy snacking in between, like grapes or dark chocolate or an orange or something. That will keep your metabolism going and keep it from storing fat because it thinks you're starving. Don't let your metabolism stand still. But don't eat unhealthily either.

    Saying that you have no control over what you eat is ridiculous. Have your mom buy you some healthy food choices. It's not like she's not gonna buy healthy things if you ask her to. Don't make excuses.

    It takes time to get healthy. What you need to do is first believe in yourslef and make goals (it's cheesy, but true). Make a list of healthy foods you like to eat and eat those instead of junk food.

    Here are a couple of foods that can help you lose weight faster:

    -an apple (once or twice a day)

    -7-8 glasses of water

    -whole grains (whole grain bread, whole grain cereal)

    -Green tea (4 times a day)

    -Cinnamon (1/4-2 teaspoons... don't eat directly sprinkle it on your cereal or tea)

    Next do yoga, zumba, run, cardio exercises...anything. ( I do this cardio exercise twice a day..http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FAdkvjupeWQ )

    Also...

    -get 8 hours of sleep

    -wake up at the same time everyday

    -make a daily planner (I've mad a schedule for everything on my phone... helps me be organised)

    Do these things and slowly you'll notice a difference.

    Go running! Don't worry, you don't have to be a marathoner. Just start jogging as much as you can, and run a little farther each day. It's a great way to burn calories and you'll feel great as a result. Also, if you can, instead of eating 3 big meals a day, try to eat maybe 4-5 smaller meals throughout the day. Your metabolism is higher when you eat small amounts frequently.
