I'm 15, five five and 210ish pounds, I'm tired of feeling fat and being afraid of talking to people because i fear that they'll judge me on how I look. My target weight is around 175ish or better, i want to get to get there before June ish if possible. But, I don't know where i should start out at, I need to know where I should start. I'm looking at loosing fat, not building muscle as much. The food I eat isn't completely in my control, though my mom does cook healthy food generally. I can use my brother's dumbbells, that each go up to 50lbs, I'm not sure where to start; I play Frisbee golf twice a week, but thats about it. What exercises can I do to help myself get towards my goal, and how many should i do a day?

So, did the whole alt 255 trick to get rid of the text under a folder, and now I can't delete it, it stays on my desktop no matter what i do to it. I've tried moving it to the recycle bin, shift+deleting it, and moving it to another folder, and no matter what i do it stays on my desktop.

I have a multi-partitioned drive, I've got a WBFS partition, FAT32, and a small partition that holds files from my sister's Macbook, the problem is that my PS3 will not read the FAT32 partition at all, how can I fix this?

I'm planning on building a new PC, my first one, and i'm trying to keep it cheap so i'm thinking of using this and throwing a graphics card into it http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.a... but the thing is that it only has a 400 Watt PSU. I prefer Nvidia cards, but i'll take an AMD card if it beats it, my price range for the card is $100 and below. I will be gaming on this, games like Minecraft, Skyrim, and WoW/SWORT, I only want to run at 30 frames on minimum for every game, except Minecraft, I want normal with 30+. If you have a better build for my budget of $300 let me know, and I already have Windows 7 for it.

I'd like to see remakes of:

Pokemon XD and Pokemon Colosseum, mainly because unlike most Pokemon games they had an epic story line

Animal Crossing, the Wii version wasn't nearly as good as the GC.

Paper Mario the 1000 Year Door (again wii version was Meh)

let me start off by saying, i'm a total PSP noob, I got a PSP for my birthday 2 days ago, it's a Slim 2001, but thats all i know, it was used, and the barcode on the bottom is worn off. But I do know it can be hacked, it shipped pre hacked on 5.50 Prometheus 4, only issue is it came with a 1GB card, so I got a new 16GB M2 with an adapter, and it has nothing on it, its a fresh slate. So, for someone that wants to play games I bought on PSN (FF7, LBP, Modnation), but also wants to have CFW, what should I install on it? I was thinking of doing 6.37 and putting some form of CFW on it. Heres everything I want to do:

Play my downloaded games I bought on PSN

Play back up ISO/CSO games

I'm totally lost here, so what should I put on it, and can you give me the link for it? And one more question, can I just copy everything from the 1GB to the 16GB card and it work properly? Many thanks

After my 3rd pair $20 of earbuds broke this year, I'm looking into buying a more expensive set of in-ear ear buds. I'm looking into the Razer Morays since I have an extra $90 to Gamestop to use. Any recommendations? And i'd prefer them to be under $50. And they have to be in ear, not over the ear or clip ons since I wear glasses.

I'm talking about games that are available now that came out this year, every console included, even portables. And what games are coming out this year do you feel have a chance for GoTY?

Pretty strait forward, I want to share my movies from my PC to my PS3 over my WiFi network, I know what app to use for Macs (what I was using since my Mac is my torrenting computer), but now I want to share my files to my PS3 from the PC, what's my best bet?
