PSP Go, did it ever get custom firmware?

And is it stable and able to play iso files? I wanted to know, because my other PSP broke and i'm not paying full price for my games again.

Update:

And don't tell me it sucks and blah blah blah, i can get one for the same price as a 2k, and the Go saves me from buying another memory card.

Update 2:

Norak, I know about PSP CFW, my question was if the Go had it.

The PSP Go only operates off PlayStation Store downloads. This is the main reason it did so bad. You can always try connecting your PSP Go to your computer and transferring the ISO's but I'm not saying it will work. If you just want to play PSP games, you can download a PSP Emulator.

I do not condone CFW or any other acts of piracy but I'm sure that the PSP Go uses the same FW as the rest ie. PSP 3000. So therefor should be able to download and install the same CFW. To my knowledge Sony does not release seperate PSP Go FW downloads on the website, I could be wrong. Your best bet would be to google it and do a little bit of research before diving in. If you do choose to use places like youtube please read the comments too see if anyone has had problems.

    Hope I helped

You've been stuck in the box and been out of the loop a while, huh? There's been PSP CFW for a good long while now, and different ones, too. Just search Google for it. I don't do CFW so I can't give you a good site, but Google should.

Edit: Ok, I misread the question, then. But yes, PSP Go does have CFW, here's a video tut from YouTube how to do it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AVrrEwZjsUY

There's also a site you can find CFW on: http://pspslimhacks.com/category/custom-firmware/
