Why is plagiarism bad? Why is it a big deal ?

I think it is quite hard to create something new nowadays, almost everything has been already found.

so..lots of plagiarism detectors have been developed (like plagiarism checker http://www.plagtracker.com/), but we still can't find plagiarism in music, art, science..who knows, maybe in a few years there will be created plagiarism detectoros of art, for instance.

how would you like it if you wrote/created/discovered something you put a lot of effort into then some randomer copies and pastes it and says they did it.

Because it's a form of stealing. Stealing ones ideas is just as bad as stealing ones money.
