Wash hair every day if exercise?

Ok so I work out every day like running and moderate indoor exercises. This obvious makes me sweat. I shower every day because of this but I don't know if it's really bad. I know washing your hair every day takes the oils out of it but I also don't want sticky/stinky/sweaty hair. Which is better? To shower every day or just wait in this situation?

If you can explain like why I'd appreciate. Thx<3

How about just rinsing the hair after your exercise?

Other than that if you shampoo your hair you remove your sweat and dust (dirt) from your hair and cnditioners will replace the oils - BUT make sure you use shampoos and conditioners that do not have toooooooo many chemicals

Personally, I have to shower everyday because I run for an hour and feel gross if I don't clean off. But it all depends on your oil production. Do you have a oily scalp? Dry? If yours is as oily as mine, washing it every day can't be that bad for it. But if your afraid to wash it everyday anyways, use dry shampoo on days that you don't shower. Wipe oil and sweat from your hairline with a wet cloth.

I think washing hair every day is not good for your hair so you can wash your hair leaving one day or you want to wash your every day u can put on oil and wash it after an hour every day.
