Now not definite what is going on in this thread, though I for one agree with Angel on this one. In case you practice customary sense, and have an up to date variation of java with up to the moment protection software., you then should be good enough. I snort oftentimes when people are so worried about java and telling individuals to thoroughly dispose of all traces of it (although you could IF you haven't any want for it, although many apps REQUIRE java to run in any respect), even as strolling an unpatched (with many non-set up) variant of say home windows Vista. MS itself (i'm wholly guessing... I do not need stats to again this up, I admit it) appears to have just as many security disorders as java itself, but some appear to "freakout" over java problems (I do endorse updating any computer you've that does have java on it) additionally, if your in a company atmosphere, I might comprehend thoroughly disabling java, though considering so many apps and net apps want it, mass uninstalling it wouldn't (just my opinion) be advisable until you understand you are going to now not emerge as removing it on a ton of computers, to discover, it's wanted for some reason, THEN need to reinstall it again in every single place once more. Testing it, through disabling it (say in Firefox Plugins) for your browser however no longer utterly disposing of it, is a good inspiration , if you want to experiment, if web sites want it. Which you could with ease re-enabling it should you must later -Xmetalfanx
