18. I think Romney could be the next best president.
Sure he has his faults. But everybody does. And we've already proven that Obama is not capable.

63 I think Romney has some very good ideas. I like his theory to lessen the control of the federal government and give more control to the states. Although a President cannot do it alone, we need someone who is strong in that position. He is a very successful businessman - even if he was born with a silver spoon, if you don't know how to run a business you will still fail - which he has not failed. I like the fact that he is for doing away with programs that, while useful, are totally not necessary like PBS. If the public wants PBS, it should be supported with grants from companies and donations from the public, not the government.

I am 61 and believe that Mr. Romney will win this Nov. over Mr. Barrack "I am in a job above my pay scale" Obama.
At least that is my hope seeing as the "hope and chang" that Mr. Obama promised was not what I hoped for. I did not hope he would turn this country toward a more Socialist nation like he wants to do.

18. I just flat out dislike politicians in general, but from what I've heard, I don't like some of Romney's standpoints. Although I can't say I really like Obama, either. I don't want EITHER of them to win, to be perfectly honest.

as a GOP voter -- I am not going to vote for Romney -- I voted against him in our state Presidential Primary on Feb. 28 this year and still remember how he pandered to a segment of the Tea Party writing an op-ed to let "Detroit and U.S. automakers go broke"
