How many triple crowns will Miguel Cabrera get before his career ends?
He showed the last couple of years that he can put his game into overdrive for the last couple of months of the season. That gives him the ability to catch and pass the leaders in the major stat categories. His career may not even be peaking yet.

He is by far and away the best/most well rounded pure hitter in baseball, maybe of the decade, but I seriously doubt he gets another. Not taking anything away from him, still a great player, the triple crown is just so rare, that I can't see it happening. Yes, I think he deserves the MVP. Played on a team with far less star power than Trout, and carried them into the playoffs.

Even though cabrera is the best hitter in baseball, i doubt he will win another triple crown since it hadnt been done scince 1967. Cabby will win the mvp with mike trout finishing a close 2nd.

No player has ever even led the league in 2 of the 3 classes the year after they won. A .Four hundred AVG is rather the greatest man or woman accomplishment IMO, though consecutive triple crowns (in particular now) woudl be lovely shut.

There have only been two baseball players to win more than one. Ted Williams and Rogers Hornsby. Cabrera will not be the third.

I think just the one but he may surprise us. I don't think it will ever happen again.
BQ: I am preparing for the worst (Trout getting it) but I sure hope he gets it.
