Is this really true? I really want to know if this is true. This is the scariest thing I've read so far. Does anyone have details on this? This is a terribly dangerous precedent to set.

Yes, and it is scary. Obama has used his executive privilege over 900 times
to make into law the things he wants, which Congress would not pass. It may
be time to make a law that the president cannot use executive privilege more
than one time for each year he's president. This is outrageous. He and Michelle
have told they were never proud to be Americans and were in an anti-American
church for twenty years where they were baptized. He was friends with the guy
who set off a bomb in New York and he's appointed Czars who haven't even
paid their taxes. He used executive privilege so Mr. Axelrod would NOT have to
make public the documents in court to help solve the Fast & Furious debacle. So many
anti-America activities in Obama's life, that I personally pray he will not be voted
to lead US another four years. (I hear there will be riots all over America if he's
voted out. Let's hope this doesn't come to pass).

Obama said he wouldn't do that, because he didn't immediately stop the torturing of detainees. Which means he may also be implicated and charged.

The executive order exists, but doesn't give interpol extralegal powers.
