How can Islam accept Christ as a Prophet?

Paul came after Christ , does that mean he's a false prophet ???? the Old Testament says that False prophets will be killed , and Paul got slaughtered with a sword in Rome , while prophet Mohammad ate a poisoned meat which was presented to him by a Jewish woman and yet he didn't die while his friend who was eating with him died immediatley , you see the difference ?

and by the way , how do you know Jesus really said it ? how do you know the Gospel is valid ? the original versions of Gospel are lost , the oldest version is the Greek translation

Jesus told about someone who will come after him to guide people , . , who do you think that guy is ?
