No. Hulk is the only one who manages to destroy the crazy Loki who is mentally ill and who, therefore, due to his immeasurable feelings of inferiority with respect to his brother, has feelings of grandiosity and wants everybody to serve him. Loki is so crazy that he wants to control the entire world: he is thirsty of power and a really dangerous character and Hulk is strong enough to get rid of him, as it should be, for the sake of the majority, for the sake of the innocent. It would be better if it were possible to heal Loki's inferiority complexes and bring him back to the community, but I'm not sure it's possible.
