What should be the minimum calorie intake before going to the gym?

I went to the gym this morning after breakfast, i had a bowl of oatmeal and coffee (135 calories total) and i burned roughly 300 calories at the gym doing a run/walk combo for 3 miles. I felt a bit dizzy once i ended my workout but i was fine a few minutes after. Is that too low for a workout? or is it ok as long as i eat something afterwards? btw i had a protein shake after which is also my meal replacement for lunch

    Eats a good lunch like eat a sandwhich with grapes celery or carrots with ranch and water. Your breakfast is good but eat a good full meal for lunch.
