What rigs do you use: Salmon eggs, and dough baits?

I need to learn rigs for these two types of baits... I don't know many more rigs than what I know for soft plastics, and I'm allmost sure the rigs between the two don't mix very well (Like trying to texas rig a live worm instead of a plastic one..)

So if you can list the rigs you use for these two types of baits, and what the rigs consist of (Example being a a drop shot rig consisting of a leader of 3"-2ft a round of "Finnese' drop shot weight, octopus hook, and usually a SP-bait below 5 inches. rigging style being nose hooked)

Things like that you know? in detail...

Thanks guys!

Update:

Paul) Great answer thanks! Sorry to bother, but if there is any way you can put in a link with a diagram of the 2nd rig you mentioned? That would be great, I know I sound abit stupid but I can't quite get down how it works.

Salmon eggs,a salmon egg hook, the size to match the egg size, whatever it is,and then a split shot about a foot ahead of it,then for doughbaits, like powerbait,a slider rig, with a 30 inch leader,a couple bobber stops on either side of the sliding sinker,(bullet weight or egg sinker,)then a 14 treble or even single hook at the end,and a loop for the other end,to attach to the snap swivel on your mainline.Position the stops about 6 inches from either side of the slider, that way they won't feel any weight when they pick up the dough, until it's too late and you have them self-hooked.I use the rubber blob style of bobber stop, not(It has to rest against, and not get jammed into the weight hole) the knotted variety, you use what you prefer. The distance from the weight to hook can be whatever height off the bottom you want,I mainly set it around a foot or so.adjusting it for bottom type or weed height can be varied to suit the conditions.
