Baby face generally refers to a face shape that is rounder and looks younger than the person really is. Your face fits this description. I would put you at age 14, although I know you are really 18.

What I have heard about people who have a baby face is that they are very intelligent actually. So there you go not a bad deal.

Believe it or not, I think I would determine your age by the way you act as opposed to how you look. If you came across rather serious despite your petite frame, I would say you could be in your late teens- 20s. If you had a soft voice, a bit 'hyper' and scattered as teens can be, I'd think you were under 18.

I'm in my 30s, petite in frame, speak like I'm 21 and apparently still get comments that I must be 'young.' Find it quite annoying esp when you want to be thought of respectful in my profession.
