first, use the shortlink to your videos, not that long URL.
the long link you posted is too long,
you could of just done this http://youtu.be/PVXBXKDwhDI
just by clicking on the share button.
then the usual... Facebook, Twitter, G+, Yahoo Answers and so on

go to your video manager, click the arrow next to the 'Edit' button, and then click Promote :D
