When I'm typing, the letters appear very slowly. What's causing this?
I can be typing and have almost completed the sentence before it all shows up. Sometimes the cursor even stops until the whole thing catches up. It's like it freezes up. Is it a keyboard or mouse problem? Or spyware? Or not enough RAM? It happened while typing an email this morning and is very frustrating when I'm in a time crunch!

Maybe the RAM is used up, try to terminating some of the processes which slows down your computer, and disable some of startup programs which slows down bootup time and hogs up your RAM.

Try to check on task manager (performance tab), you can see the memory usage and also check the program running on process tab.
