Did you not read the answer the last time you posted your question??

    http://www.legislature.mi.gov/(S(przuvo550pkhhn45g...

In 1977, the definition of "motor-driven cycle" was deleted (Section 257.32) as was any speed laws with "motor-driven cycle" (Section 257.630.)

In Michigan, there is *NO* motorcycle engine size requirements.

However Michigan, you have a minimum speed on freeways of 55 mph. http://www.legislature.mi.gov/(S(wvhfgm55up1rug45p...

    ---

AGAIN! Michigan does *NOT* have a "motorcycle engine size" requirement. You *DO* have a speed minimum for riding on the Freeways -- 55 mph. Are you going to be *able* to get your dirt bike registered? NO ONE KNOWS. Will you will be able to get *your* bike up to 55 mph on the freeway? NO ONE KNOWS. Will your bike fry the motor trying to run full speed for a half hour or so? Probably.

    ...

addendum: Roger: "All freeways have a minimum of 175 cc..." False -- there is *NO* State that has a 175cc limit on any freeway or Interstate. What to prove me wrong? Cite the Law.

All freeways have a minimum of 175 cc you cannot take a dirt bike on the open highway. If you have ever been on a highway on a 350 that is too small for a long ride. It is very fatiguing on a small bike the road beats the hell out of you and your 125 will vibrate so much your arms and legs will be buzzing a half hour after you get off the bike And lets not mention what cars and semi trucks do when they whoosh past you as you are trying and failing to keep up in the slow lane get a clue and get a bigger bike, a lot bigger.
