Can you trade Pokemon from Pokemon Black/White version to Pokemon Black/White Version 2?

You need the C-Gear first, which comes after the 1st badge.

Yes, you can trade Pokemon from between all the current DS games with an exception, you can't back-track.
That means you can trade: Diamond, Pearl, Platinum > Black and White > Black and White 2
However, you can't go in the reverse order. :(

Yes you can trade between the two. I am not sure how far you need to be in the game in order to open up trading in B/W2. i am up to the Pokemon Studio and I don't have trading capability yet.
Edit: Well I just got out of the Pokemon Studio and went to the GTS and it is open now. I don't know when I got the capability to trade if it was after the first badge or second.

I'm sure you can. But i'm sure it's like B&W, making you complete the game before you can do this.
