Painful lump in right breast?
I'm male,almost 16 years old and I have a small lump in my right breast that hurts when I press it.My right breast is slightly bigger than my left too,I'm a little chubby.Should I be worried?I'm thinking it could be a cyst.

its gynecomastia
gynecomastia is prsent in about 1/3 of all males and can occur in 1 or both breasts, usually it will go away in 2-3 years they say

yeah, could be a cyst like a big pimple just really deep, but you will need a doctor to take care of it.
