I think it is a great sentiment. I would omit the first line.

My brother, Rambabu, is one of the real forces behind my SURVIVAL. ALTHOUGH he is three years younger THAN I AM, he has been providing constant support IN WHATEVER I TRY TO DO. Without his helping hand, I would have achieved nothing. My brother is my real strength.
