Firstly, I support Romney,,,,,,,,,,,,, In the interests of the US, I would expect him to take the same action under similar circumstances........5% of the time Obama CAN blunder into doing something right. (it IS his responsibly and Congress has given him short-term authority on such occasions)

The president has authority to deploy troops at any time pending a 90 period during which he (*(*must*)*) obtain congressional approval for his actions.
