Interesting name for newspaper?

I am writing a colonial newspaper about jamestown and the capture of Captain John smith & Pocahontas ect.

problem is i cant think of a good title like the sun sentinal / miami herald / new york times / usa today

stuff like that but thatd word for 1607 jamestown

    The first newspaper didn't appear in the American colonies until the later half of the 17th century. There simply was no need for them. News travelled slow and there was no need to record it in a daily format. Also,the truth about John Smith and Pocahontas has been very distorted through the years. Make sure you use a reliable source for your information.

    You could try three approaches:

    1. go for something funny like, Jamesbook, or Jitter, etc or anything else funny

    2. you could try researching about local newspapers at the time, and use one of the names there. You might get more credit for this, and that you've used original research.

    3. You could do a name like Jamestown Herald, Or Jamestown TODAY, The Jamestown Observer, Jamestown Times, Jamestown Bugle
