Help re: Lost Skylanders Portal USB for Nintendo WII?

Hi

I'm not very technical and am hoping that someone out there can help me please.

In a nut shell, my son loves playing with his Skylanders and whilst he was at his dad's the other weekend, I " tidied" up the dining room and moved things around and in the move, I've lost the USB that he needs to be able to play with the Skylanders.

It was his Christmas present last year and Ive looked at trying to get one on E Bay but they don't seem to sell just the USB, I contacted Nintendo who told me that it was nothing to do with them and I should contact Activision, but I can't find an E mail address for them and I would struggle to ring them.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can do please? Im a single mum and pennies are tight, but if I can't solve this then I'm going to have to buy him a whole new starter kit for Christmas which would be a shame as it's only the USB he needs.

Thanks

Update:

Thanks - I did go to their web site - and I click on the contact section, then when it asks you to select which department you want to contact, the only option is Customer Services which I click on and then it just shuts down the window - I have tried over a dozen times and it does not allow you to send them an E mail.

On their FAQ they simply state that lost USB are not covered by the warranty - which isn't particularly helpful. I just want to know where and if I can purchase another one ( Im not very technical, it's a bit like a memory stick that you plug into to the WII box which then interacts with the portal). THANKS FOR YOUR HELP THOUGH

I don't think a Wii would work out well for a quadriplegic, keep in mind many of the games require a fair amount of mobility to use the WiiMote as it's intended. There are games on the Wii which offer alternatives or forgo the motion control altogether but if that's the case then you'd be better off buying him something else.
