I have a guy next to me in a cube who snorts to clear his nose. He does this every 2-3 minutes all day long.?

I think the guy has some kind of sinus or nasal problems and usually it becomes a habit that they can't control to stop the snorting *

The best thing to do is ignore him, if you make an issue of it, it may come back to haunt you. You may be viewed as being selfish and not a "people person," and in an office that can be a problem.

Are you allowed to have music in your cubicle? I would bring in a CD or portable radio and listen to something that pleases me, because it is difficult to get someone to change a habit.

I would get a box of kleenex, lean over the cubicle and say "Thought You'd may need these"....

Any repetitive noise that constantly makes sound is annoying.

I would place a box of tissues on his desk when he is no there.
