Suppose astrologer/psychic can predict future ?

Nothing can be said with finality just on the basis of a prediction coming true or not. A prediction can be made just by tossing a coin and the prediction may come true. No conclusion can be made whether future is fixed or not just because the prediction on the toss of a coin came true. Your method is an oversimplification of the total issue.

While i don't think all astrologers can predict future at first instance and if they predict also while in case they predict it and if they know so very well what's one persons future then why don't they predict whether India will win world cup ? Whether world is gonna end and yeah if they were so very predictive and can change our lifestyle better then why is India still a developing country and not a developed country . . . Even today there are people who don't get to eat properly . . And all these astrology etc are believed bec people have conditioned their brain . . Like for eg lyk ivan pavlon who did an experiment on dog its just the same way people go for blind beliefs and get into such stupid things thinking astrologer is more or less a god who can save our life:-\:-\:-\:-\

We could wake up tomorrow and hear on the news that scientists have discovered a comet the size of Mars heading straight for Earth. Estimated Time of Impact: 7 days What would I do? Try and pack a life time of experiences and adventures into 7 days. I would get my girlfriend and go travel the world. Skydive and handglide and scuba dive and kill a goat and cook it myself. I agree with you that several hundred million years from now the last human ancestors (we will have evolved significantly since then) will die out. This fate is inevitable, either by the big crunch (the universe shrinking in on itself), the big rip (the universe continues to expand until matter is distributed so far apart that galaxy clusters, galaxies and solar systems cant exist), or our human ancestors develop a super weapon of mass destruction and annihilate themselves. They won't be on Earth, which will have long ago been abandoned after its resources are completely used up and the atmosphere made toxic. They will be spread out across the galaxy...
