Terry gave a good answer, but it was incomplete. Tomato plants grown in the ground won't survive the multiple shock of transplanting along with differences in light, temperature, and humidity. I'm assuming that by "balcony tomato" that you mean your plant is potted, so you can move it indoors with a good chance of harvesting at least a few fruits.
Bring your plant in before nighttime temperatures fall below 60 degrees, or as soon after as possible. Before you do, flush the pot to drive out insects that may have taken up residence by watering until the water runs out the drainage hole. Do this several times. Then feed with a WEAK solution of fertilizer--1/4 the recommended amount or less. After your plant is inside, water only when the top inch of the soil is dry.
Your tomato needs at least 6 hours of direct sunlight a day, or supplemental light to equal this. More is better, up to 16 hours a day. A fan is necessary only if the air circulation in the room is poor or if you begin seeing mold on the soil (This is also an indication that you're keeping the soil too wet).
The link below gives more information regarding growing tomatoes indoors. Good luck!

attempt getting a 5 gallon bucket and planting a tomato plant in there. it rather is great enought which you will get between the cages around it and it continues to be transportable sufficient to set anyplace. attempt putting it close to a sunny window or bypass away it on a porch to get some sunlight. while you're shifting in some weeks, you need to attend and purchase a small tomato plant from a interior of reach nursery and nevertheless use the 5 gallon bucket in case your new backyard isn't prepped for planting yet. Tomato plant life are extraordinarily hardy little creatures and with a good volume of sunshine and water i'm specific that's going to be superb!

They will need as much light as you can give them and a reasonable heat (no need for extreme heat).
A maximum sun facing window will be fine.
