Do they sell video games in English in Culiacan Mexico?

I'm going to Culiacan for work for awhile here shortly and I'm a gamer. Do they sell games (PS3 and 360) in English also down there, and if so, where? Also, I'll be staying in a hotel. How is the internet down there?

    Games for all popular consoles can be purchased used in any open-air market (called "tianguis" or "sobreruedas") and in small shops dedicated to gaming. They are invariably in English and run between one hundred and two hundred fifty pesos.

    Internet is modern and fast. Cable, DSL, and WiFi.
