    In the South they say "fixing to," meaning "going to" or "about to."

    In the ghetto they say "finna."

    It is the same concept as "gonna"; it just probably makes a little more sense. Except that those who say it probably have no idea whence it came.

    It means "about to", as in "I's finna gets me some gobment cheese" or "I finna git way from my babby mommas"
