My husband has done LOTS of baaaad electrical work in my house?
He has threatened to burn our house down, a DR witnessed him saying this.. my point is, he is gone now. and I had a guy come over to give me a quote on my furnace, and as he checked though my crawl space, measured my rooms, then ask to see the attic... he simply said OMG! you have sooooo many electrical VIOLATIONS in this attic, hot wires, split wires, no electrical 'boxes'? and so on, he also said the 'new' air conditioner was not properly installed, not my electric water heater. NOTHING is up to code, and will never pass inspection.
Now, my question is, can my husband get into trouble for all this mess?
as I said, he is OUT of my home (TPO) for threats. and now knowing all this makes me wonder if he indeed was trying to burn our house down?
I need advice, and help. please . as I am in a bind.

Your man was a very angry person and full of hate the people you call in may be using you to the limit. The man of the house is gone now so hire a local reputable person of experience and have him or her start the transition of repair and recovery.
