Healed broken wrist hurts in the cold weather!?
I broke my wrist 12 years ago when I was younger, and everytime it is cold out, my wrist aches so much down the very side I smashed it on and broke it. Why does this happen? Is there any way I can minimise the ache the cold weather causes it? It also clicks a lot when I move it, why is this?

As bones don't have pain sensors in them the pain can't be from them. When muscles get pain to them, as when bones around them break, they will tighten up in response to that pain. When the muscles have that tightness already in them then when it chills a bit and your muscles tighten up to preserve body heat it causes the pains you have at those times. To keep the pains from happening again you have to release the muscles in your wrist to free up the ones that got tight from the break and here's how to do that release:
Wrist:
With your hand resting in front of you with the palm up press into the area behind the wrist, where they take your pulse and hold a good firm pressure on it. After 30 seconds slowly bend your wrist open as far as you can, release the pressure, but hold your wrist open for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
The clicking is caused by the tight muscles as they are causing the wrist to bind up which ends up clicking as it rotates.

It's common after breaking something for it to ache in cold weather, I broke my wrist also years ago, it always starts aching when the weather gets colder. It's apparently due to the change in barometric pressure, which affects old bone and new bone differently, causing the pain.

Unfortunately, after a break has healed, the site can be prone to arthritis - not necessarily when you're old. Cold weather can bring it on. The best thing to do is to find some way of keeping your wrist warm - wearing gloves, perhaps, or a heated pad around your wriest.

Its likely the fever was caused by a virus. Rashes are often a sign of the end of a virus or viral infection. If its not bothering him i would just keep an eye on him and give him plenty to drink (this helps flush the toxins out) Babies get these things and become acclimatised so they are therefore able to 'fight off' the virus next time. However if they rash is itchy, very inflamed looking or blistery please take him to the doctors or emergency room.
