I just have a question about https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp
If i get my free credit report today 10/13/12, can i get another FREE credit report on 1/1/13? or do i have to wait till 10/13/13 of next year (one whole year) before the renewal of the 1 year restarts for the free credit report from annual credit report .com
thanks

You can get one each 12 months (not calendar year) from each agency. There are 3 agencies. So the trick is to get one from each every 4 months.
So get Experian now, TransUnion in 4 months, and the other in another 4 months.

Report - singular.
Be aware that there are 3 of them.
Experian, Equifax, TransUnion
You have to wait 12 months and 1 day.
Some people will get one of the 3 reports every 4 months to stagger them.

one report each company once a year. transunion today must wait till 10/14/13 for another transunion. many people pull a report every 3-4 months rotating from whom they get it
