interesting premise. michael fassbender and his role are the best part of the movie. execution is uneven. the pacing is bad, and there are some spectacularly stupid parts.

"Prometheus" is just a reworking of the plot of "Alien" and even borrows some of the iconic lines of dialogue from "Alien". "Prometheus" is just a lazy piece of screenwriting by Ridley Scott.
