Questions about Miku on L4D2?

Ok for starters

How do you get the Miku character onto your L4D2 game, I have steam and everything just wanted to know the steps on doing it.

Also one more question...Does it mess up your L4D2 game in some shape or form if yes, I dont want the download then xD

Just asking to make sure...
