Awe, I gave Frank thumbs up before I read his entire comment. He didn't need to insult you.
Yes, you can create anything you want. As long as you can afford it. Since you ask about it being done economically - the answer has to be "No".
But based on the last question of yours I answered, it sounds more like you are just posing questions to see what kind of responses you get. If this is the case then you are wasting our time. Please stop. But if you seek knowledge and have a desire to better life on our planet - then keep asking.
Hope this helps.

Hybrids have gas engines, but they also have an electric motor/generator, batteries, and lots of other stuff. A Prius is a hybrid car, it doesn't have a hybrid "engine".
Is it possible to make a Hummer hybrid? I'm sure it can be done, but it will cost a lot more to do it than you'll ever save in the cars lifetime, so when you say can it be done economically the answer is no.

It would be much easier to make the truck a 100% electric vehicle. All you'll need is one of those 100HP+ Electric motors. Take the gas motor ouy and connect the shaft of the electric motor directly into the transmission. Then buy a LOT of batteries and I mean a lot. Plug her up and within 24 hours you should be able to driver her roughly 10 miles before she needs another charge. Nah with the right stuff you could make a really good electric truck. It's gonna cost a lot of money. For a hybrid it's gonna cost a lot unless there is a kit out there because hybrids requires a lot of computing. Not gonna be easy to make unless you're an electronics engineer.
But yeah the swapping out a gas engine for an electric motor is actually quite common and there are a lot of websites for this.

Some cars do have retrofit kits available, but a lot of things need to be changed, so I wouldn't use the word economical for a retrofit.
You're not just replacing the engine. You're replacing the brakes with special brakes that turn the motion into energy. Then you need batteries to store the energy. Then you need an electric motor to turn that energy into drive power to assist the gas engine.
That fact that you don't know any of this makes my answer: No, you can't do it.
