How do i talk to the coaches about my issues with playing time?

Ok, so I'm a lineman in hs as a sophomore, I am pretty talented for a player who has only played for five months, I'm a leader in the locker room, I'm the first one there, the last one to leave and I work my *** off, the coaches even admit it that I have talent, but my coaches won't play me, they only play the varsity bumpdowns, I'm jv, I don't know what I'm doing wrong, what can I do to improve as a player and what can I do to prove that they should play me

Remember, the best way to prove yourself is through actions, not words. My best advice for you is to work hard and perform very well in practice every day. In addition, what you need to do this autumn is eat healthy, exercise by doing weight lifting, and either jogging or going for a long run every day. If you do these things, you will get faster, stronger, and into better shape, which will greatly improve your chances of earning more playing time, and possibly even a starting position, on your high school junior varsity football team by the end of this season.
