Is it better for me to exercise before or after I eat meals?

Is it better for me to exercise before or after I eat my meals? Everyday I drink coffee and juice then I take a walk with my parents. Then I eat cereal after eating my breakfast and taking a walk with my Parents around the neighborhood. I also walk to the library before I eat lunch then come home to watch television and read books.
