Locked out of my Android Phone, help?

Okay, so my friend is an idiot and he freaking changed my passcode and forgot.

It's a password, not a pattern, so I cannot use the "Forgot Pattern?" feature

How else can I get in? Please help!

I really need my phone back... I'm waiting for an important text.

Help! For reference, it is a Samsung Galaxy Infuse 4g.

Punch your friend in the face until they remember the password or contact the manufacturer of the phone.

you don't need to do anything as drastic as a factory reset

just try until it asks for your Google ID and password, if you don't remember, go to google and follow the account recovery instructions to get your ID or password:
