What kind of probiotics should i take after a home colonic.?

Actually, any of them. However, the higher potency ones (eg. 30+ billion organisms per pill) will replenish that good bacteria faster than a regular maintenance dose (eg. 3-5 billion organisms). I would aim more for a higher potency one from at least 4-6 different strains of Probiotics to get back to a more ideal level faster and still have the variety of good bacteria to repopulate your colon better... if you want to go down to a maintenance level or stop them altogether after a month or two, you could do that.
