How do you commit suicide if you are unnable to move?

Im working on a screenplay where a man that has been in a mining accident, has a punctured lung, and his legs and arms broken, he's laying on the floor on his back, he has no hope of being rescued and wants to end his suffering. How does he kill himself. Thanks in advance.

There's no way to commit suicide if you can't move, holding his breath won't make him die.The only way would be asking some other person next to him or something...
