Is there a rule protecting non-smokers from smoking co-workers on driving jobs?

I live in New Hampshire. My husband is a non smoker that delivers furniture with helpers. All of the helpers smoke in the cab of the van with him. He has asthma, so it is not good for him, and it's also not fair. He's told his immediate bosses and the co workers. They all laugh. Does he have any rights?

    Yeah he has more than the smokers do.. smokers can't light up in a public place here and has to stay @ least 7' away from entrances..

    All Americans are losing more and more rights because the government is making them for us.. Not just the right to light up, either;

    HAVE to wear a seat belt

    HAVE to have kids immunized

    HAVE TO PAY TAXES on the taxes that have been taxed 3 times already.

    Check your state laws concerning the smoking on jobs and if his company is not obeying state laws.

    Source(s): Too many rights taken away.. Too much tax and spend from the government.. Too many rules and regulations that a lot of people just simply cannot afford, because it ALWAYS COSTS THE POOR PERSON THE MOST!!
