I live in New Hampshire. My husband is a non smoker that delivers furniture with helpers. All of the helpers smoke in the cab of the van with him. He has asthma, so it is not good for him, and it's also not fair. He's told his immediate bosses and the co workers. They all laugh. Does he have any rights?
