You have not seen many political debates have you?
It's not like the debate team in high school where you have clear cut rules to follow.
Political debates are entirely about attack and putting your opponent on the defensive.
President Obama is a great public speaker, he is not a great debater. Hillary killed him in the 2008 debates with her in the primaries. He held his own against McCain but McCain is a worse debater than Obama.
Last night looked like at least Obama is learning to be a better debater.

I guess you didn't watch the first debate. Romney tried that crap. But Obama whipped him like he stole something. He attacked him with facts. Live with it.
