Why did Obama not answer why the request for additional security was not provided if the buck stops with him?

Because Obama has no idea about wtf he is doing.

Believing that the President or Even the Secretary of State would be the decision maker on individual security would be like believing that the AG knows every detail about every investigation happening in his 16 law enforcement agencies. And, we all know only an illiterate party hack would be that ******* stupid.

Oh, but the buck DOESN'T stop with The One; it's ALWAYS someone else's fault when things don't go according to plan in the world fashioned for himself by The One. This is what makes him so weddy, weddy special & us sooooo lucky that we have him to rule over us.

Obama took responsibility for the attack, but the thing is that president's are not aware of every little detail that happens in the executive branch. He was not told.
