Question about the new series, Arrow?

I watched Arrow for the first time today and thought it was great; however, I would also like to watch the first episode so that I'm not so lost as to how things happened. Could someone give me a link to watch the full video of Arrow, Episode 1 (Pilot), online, for FREE without downloads or those stupid survey things that you're required to complete in order to access the site? They're so annoying...
