I'm 22 & I think my breasts are growing?
NO I'm NOT pregnant (Had my son 3 years ago, now on ParaGard)
NO, I'm NOT still going through puberty (started puberty at age 13, almost 14)
My boobs have always been tiny, I hate it. When I got pregnant I thought they'd grow. Nope. All they did was sag and make them look even more disgusting.
But lately they feel bigger to me & my cleavage pops out more than usual (but I tightened my bra straps a few weeks ago, so maybe that? But then why would it take so long to notice a difference?). I'm probably imagining it, my husband says he doesn't feel/see a difference. But they *feel* different to me AND they've been sore for the past few days (No, it's not because of my period). They don't even get sore/sensitive when I'm on my period! So I suspect something is up. They've only ever been sore the first 2 months of pregnancy.
But I'm 22, so them growing 7 years post-puberty is not normal. No changes in lifestyle except I barely eat anymore, I walk a few miles every week & I've been having sex more often (Don't even try the whole, "sex makes your boobs grow!" myth on me, if it were true my chest would have exploded by now & every sexually active girl would have huge t1ts).
What could be making them sore & feel bigger?
My birth control is a hormone-free IUD, so it's not that

it is not that uncommon
The whole process from the breast bud stage till the pubertal development is over usually takes about 3-5 years, but for some girls it may take close to 10 years.
Though most of this development is over in a few years after getting your period, many girls get slightly rounder and fuller breasts in their early twenties. It is the time whey they naturally get even more feminine and mature appearance with "curves", leaving the skinny teenage look behind.
It's true that usually breasts only grow 2-3 years after your period comes in. But, occasionally, here and there is a woman or girl who has some breast growth even after that time. There have even been several women, 20 to 25 years old, write in to our site who have experienced some breast growth all of a sudden at their age.

Infertility can be caused by a huge number of factors: hormone imbalance, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Endometriosis, Anovulatory Cycles, physical blockage, inadequate hormone production, short luteal phase, lack of lutenizing hormone, high levels or prolactin, and many others. How to get pregnant https://tr.im/iUaTv
Poor nutrition often plays a major role, as does exposure to toxins. Age plays less of a role before menopause than was originally thought. While there are many wonderful naturally minded fertility specialists out there, in many cases it is not possible for them to test for and address any of these possible underlying issues.

I'm sorry but your girlfriends breasts won't grow any bigger unless she gains weight overall.
