If you where to choose the person you love or the person who loves you ?

I would choose the person who loves me. It makes them more vulnerable and gives me more leverage.

I wouldn't settle for either. I know what you mean by the question, but neither one is really love. It's like asking "would you rather sleep with the person who has sex with you or the person you have sex with". It really can't be one-sided.

Buuuuuuut if I really had to spend time with one or the other, I'd choose to spend it with the person who was really into me. Because it's constant heartbreak to be with a person who doesn't reciprocate. At least when you're on the receiving side, you get treated nice.
