I have given out so many resumes but no calls ?
I have been trying to get a job for the longest time. i have given out numerous resumes and no one ever responds. i am captain of the swim team have a good appearance but still nothing..............what should i do ?????

first thing to do is focus on businesses that are actually hiring
second thing is make sure your resume is NOT generic, it needs to relate to the actual employer you are leaving it at...
having a generic resume that is used for every employer is NOT a very bright thing to do,
your resume needs to contain RELEVANT information that is specific to the type of business you are leaving it with..

You may have to call or e-mail them and try and ask them what they think! That's what I've done, at least you get an explanation! Otherwise just keep sending resumes and someone will call you eventually! good luck at your search!

Don't give up! Pray ok I don't have a job either but I wont give up. Keep trying it will get better
