My boss keeps threatening me and I don't know if what I'm saying is possible?
My boss has threatened me at work that she's
1) Going to fire me
2) Going to take away my bonus
3) Not going to pay the full amount of the bonus
4) Not going to pay me for the full amount of waived insurance
All because she thinks that I don't support her through donations or support her what she is doing.
I support her office, isn't that enough? I help her with her problems, I take care of office problems, lawsuits and other stuff that is wrong and medically wrong with this clinic. Isn't this enough support? Please help me, if I get fired for this type of stuff, Can I take her to court and use the text messages and emails she has been writing to me in court? How much can one get after we go to court if anyone knows?

1. Save all texts and emails. They are worthless so far, but save them anyway because eventually they could add up to something important.
2. I think you should inform the boss that you will never make any donations of any kind because you don't believe in kickbacks of wages. If you have a policy of zero donations and stick to it, you don't have to be concerned with whether a donation is enough support.
3. The employer probably has the right to fire you for any reason or no reason as long as the reason is not illegal. My opinion cannot be absolute because I don't know enough about the boss' motivations. But based only on what you posted, there is nothing to stop the employer from firing you without a good reason.
4. The threats have not created a legal cause of action yet. When she actually does any of those things, take the matter to an attorney and a better decision can be made at that time.
5. If the boss ever threatens to fire you for not making a donation or actually fires you for not making a donation, and if you have a text message or email or anything in writing to prove it, then you have some good ammo. Firing someone for not providing a kickback of wages is wrongful termination and a crime in my state, and probably in yours too.
6. Your boss is a amateur and will probably not ever turn pro. But there is no law against silly amateurism. Bear with it and keep gathering evidence. If you ever get fired, regardless of the reason and regardless of whether you think you have enough evidence of wrongful termination, take everything to an attorney in your city and get an expert opinion.

For starters chances that the texts can be used against her are almost zilch as you cant really prove she actually sent those to you especially if she denies everything. The most you could get back here in a court of law would be getting your job back with no monetary award. You might be better off going to the CEO or owner of the company with this. Play ball with her and save your job here

She has every right to do everything she says she will.
I'm not sure how does anyone require their employees to donate anything to the employer or the employer's favourite charity.
If your employe is already getting sued, don't walk away ... RUN !!!
Save your e-mails or texts. Yes, you can use them in court if necessary.
